About
The training arm of Midwest Service Bureau
Midwest Service Bureau is an accounts receivable management company based in Wichita, Kansas. The Academy is where its compliance training is delivered and recorded.
Why this exists
Collection agencies have always trained their staff. What they have often lacked is a way to prove it — a durable record showing which collector completed which material, against which rule, on what date.
Compliance training tends to live in binders, in a shared drive, or in whatever a supervisor covered on someone's first week. That works until a client audit, a regulator, or a consumer complaint asks the obvious question: show me.
The Academy is the answer to that question. It puts the required material into four defined tracks, assigns them to every collector, and keeps the completion record in one place where it can be produced on request.
Who it's for
Collectors — the people making and taking the calls, who carry the compliance obligation personally.
Managers — team leads who need to see where their people stand without chasing a spreadsheet.
Compliance and client services — anyone who has to answer an audit request with something more solid than an assurance.
Current status
The platform is live: accounts, enrollment, progress tracking, certificates, and admin user management. The four tracks are defined but no modules have been published yet. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
